Jacki Pritchard Ltd is 'the company' selling
The 'customer' is an individual or organisation who purchases a service or product.
i) If ordering online payment must be made immediately either by:
• BACS payment: use: sort code 09-06-66 – account number 41341500.
ii) When ordering a training product by telephone an invoice will be sent out with the product(s). Payment must be received within 28 days from the date stated on the invoice.
iii) When commissioning a training or consultancy service an invoice will be submitted to the customer on completion of the work. Payment must be received within 28 days from the date stated on the invoice.
iv) When applying to attend a training course or webinar payment must be received before the event takes place.
v) When attending as a service user for a social work or hypnotherapy session, payment is due on the day by cash, cheque or fgaster payment.
iv) Should a company or individual fail to pay the invoiced amount within 28 days, Jacki Pritchard Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount. The company can also enlist a credit collection agency to obtain the payment outstanding plus interest plus collection charges (subject to VAT at 20%). Customers are reminded that this procedure can have a detrimental effect on their credit rating.
3. Dispatch of goods
Jacki Pritchard Ltd aims to process and dispatch orders for training products within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the order. Sometimes there will be time delays due to busy holiday periods or office closures.
Jacki Pritchard Ltd operates a no refund and no returns policy, which the customer accepts upon placing an order with the company. The only exception is that in the unlikely event the customer finds a fault with a DVD. This must be reported immediately to Jacki Pritchard Ltd (either by telephone or e-mail). The DVD must be returned by recorded delivery to Jacki Pritchard Ltd within 7 working days of the date the order was dispatched. An investigation will be undertaken and if it is proven that there is a manufacturing fault the DVD will be replaced. A replacement will not be made when the fault is due to damage caused by usage or equipment.
Jacki Pritchard Ltd owns the entire worldwide copyright of all its training products.
The training products cannot be: produced or distributed in any other format; edited; altered; changed, modified; reproduced, copied; stored; sold; re-sold; rented; hired; loaned; broadcast; leased; licensed to anyone else without the permission of Jacki Pritchard Ltd.
When placing an order for a training product the customer accepts that Jacki Pritchard Ltd is not liable for any damage, loss or any claim whatsoever, irrespective of its cause or outcome, arising from or in connection with the training products, their content or use in any way.
i) For training courses which have been commissioned:
4 weeks or more No charge if date can be re-arranged
2 to 3 weeks 50% of original fee
Less than 2 weeks 100% of original fee
More than three weeks notice £10 administration fee payable
Three weeks notice 25% of fee payable
Two weeks notice 50% of fee payable
One weeks notice 75% of fee payable
Less than one week Full fee payable
Non attendance Full fee payable
